What I Do
As a registered psychological counsellor, I offer face to face counselling for individuals and families in a safe environment. The past two years has presented tremendous stresses and challenges. It often comes with restrictions and lockdown limitations and for this reason online counselling is also available.
What is online counselling?
Online counselling is counselling via skype or zoom with a webcam. Although direct one on one counselling remains the best option it is not always possible and online counselling enables people that need counselling to have access from anywhere.
How does it work?
Online counselling is requested via email with a specific time. The time will be confirmed, and a consent form will be mailed. Once the time is confirmed payment can be made via EFT. The banking details will be on the form. The form and the proof of payment must be returned before the counselling can occur.

If the session gets interrupted due to the signal from either side and can’t be restored another session will be scheduled for as soon as possible after. Should it be interrupted during a critical phase of the session it can be continued telephonically if possible. This will only happen in situations that really require this to happen.
